We try to streamline the paperwork requirements associated with our theatrical productions.   However, we trust you understand the importance of defining and enforcing certain policies as we try to treat our student actors - your children - fairly and responsibly.

Please DOWNLOAD THE FOLLOWING FILES.  The "Checklist" provides instruction regarding which forms need signature.  Note that some forms (*) must be filled out, signed, and BROUGHT TO THE PARENT MEETING on JANUARY 10th.  Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated!  (And your child will not be permitted to participate until the paperwork is completed and submitted.)
